In-room appointments for you and your pet
In-room appointments are typically for first-time visits and other visits where it’s important for you to be in the room with your pet. They’re a great opportunity for you to meet your pet’s care team and for us to get to know you and your pet.
Convenient drop-offs for busy pet owners
Many of our appointments are drop-offs, where you bring your pet to Banfield in the morning for an extended visit while you go about your day. Then we’ll call you when they’re ready to be picked up.
Virtual visits to save time
Available with your pet’s Optimum Wellness Plan, you can schedule a virtual visit to get personalized pet wellness support with a vet or vet tech.
24/7 Pet Chat™ with a veterinary professional
Cat has a tick? Dog ate an orange? Available with your pet’s Optimum Wellness Plan, Pet Chat™ lets you connect with a veterinary professional at 3 a.m. or 3 p.m. to ask questions about your pet’s health.
Need to shop for petcare supplies? Many of our locations are conveniently located in PetSmart® so you can stock up while your pet gets great care.
