Erica Oltjenbruns

Practice Manager

Erica has been with Banfield since 2009. She started her career as a Client Service Coordinator and then became a Veterinary Assistant and was promoted to Shift Lead. In 2016, Erica was promoted to Practice Manager and enjoys being able to coach and mentor her team, so that pets get the care and compassion they deserve. When not working, she spends time with her 2 kids and husband, who all like fishing and being outdoors.
